Both Karnataka, Kerala report over 30,000 cases
Southern States continue to report a surge in fresh cases of COVID-19. Andhra Pradesh reported 64 deaths and 11,434 new infections in the 24 hours ending Tuesday. The cumulative tally crossed 10.5 lakh cases and stood at 10,54,875. The death toll jumped to 7,800 while the mortality rate remains at 0.74%. During the 24 hours, 7,055 patients, the highest in months, have recovered and the number of recoveries touched 9,47,629. The State’s active case tally reached close to one lakh. There were 99,446 patients under treatment as of Tuesday morning and the recovery rate further dropped to 89.83%.More Related News
Capt.
