Availability of beds remains the biggest challenge
Deaths due to infections in West Bengal crossed 100 for the first time on Saturday since the outbreak of the pandemic. The State registered 103 deaths in the past 24 hours and 17,512 infections. A majority of deaths and infections have been reported from Kolkata and the North 24 Pargana districts. In the past 24 hours, 26 deaths were reported from the North 24 parganas taking tally in the district to 2,789. Kolkata recorded 19 deaths taking the fatalities to 3,455. The North 24 Parganas recorded 3,934 infections in the past 24 hours and Kolkata 3,885.More Related News
