Cops take 'BJP worker' Shrikant Tyagi's wife in custody again as he evades arrest

The police have detained self-proclaimed BJP worker Shrikant Tyagi’s wife for the second time to question her about his location
Self-proclaimed BJP worker Shrikant Tyagi’s wife has been taken into police custody again for questioning.
Tyagi, who claims to be a BJP politician, was booked by the police for abusing and assaulting a woman following a spat on the premises of Grand Omaxe in Noida Sector 93B. The woman had objected to him planting trees in the common area of society.

A resident of Bhangel, Tyagi has been on the run since he was booked by the Noida Police. His last location was traced between Haridwar and Rishikesh in Uttarakhand. The Noida Police are now questioning his wife to track him.
The police picked up his wife from Srikant's flat around 6 am on Tuesday. The Noida Police had taken Srikant's wife into custody on Friday and questioned her for more than 24 hours. Police have also taken Srikant's relatives into custody and are questioning them.

Sources said Shrikant Tyagi is taking every precaution to avoid the police. He has not made any call or turned on his mobile since Sunday night.
