Coolie No 1 actor Rajat Rawail hospitalised after varicose vein bursts, says keep me in your prayers

Coolie No. 1 actor Rajat Rawail is currently hospitalised. The actor suffered rupture of a varicose vein in his right leg.
Rajat Rawail is currently not doing well. The Bollywood actor was hospitalised after a varicose vein burst in his right leg. He suffered excessive loss of blood due to that. As per a report in The Times of India, Rajat was admitted to a hospital in Mumbai over the weekend. However, the actor said that the bleeding has stopped now and his wound is getting better. Rajat was last seen in the Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan-starrer Coolie No. 1.
In a statement to ETimes, Rajat Rawail said, "As of now, the bleeding has stopped from the raptured vein in my leg. My wound is healing. I have been advised total bed rest with no visitors. I will be seeing senior vascular surgeon Dr Pankaj Patel tomorrow at Leelavati hospital, Bandra, for a second opinion on my surgery and thereafter shall proceed accordingly."
"Thank you for all the concern and please keep me in your prayers," he concluded. According to reports, he is likely to be discharged from the hospital today, April 19.
For the uninitiated, Varicose veins is a condition in which the blood vessels take the impure blood from the legs to the heart. It therefore increases the pressure in the veins of the lower body.
Rajat Rawail gained fame after his portrayal of Tsunami Singh in Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan-starrer Bodyguard. Apart from Bodyguard and Coolie No. 1, he has featured in films such as Gali Gali Chor Hai, Policegiri, Judwaa 2, and Desi Magic. Rajat is also a producer. He has produced films like Ready starring Salman and Asin, No Problem with Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, and Akshaye Khanna, and Run which starred Abhishek Bachchan, Bhoomika Chawla and Mahesh Manjrekar in pivotal roles. He was also a participant in Bigg Boss 7 in 2013.
