Congress to blame for situation in J&K, says BJP MP during visit to family of deceased party member

BJP MP Rajkumar Chahar visited the family of Ghulam Rasool Dar, a party member who was gunned down on August 9, on Wednesday. He said that "what is happening in Kashmir is because of the Congress".

He and his wife were shot at by unidentified gunmen at Lal Chowk in Anantnag on Monday. The two succumbed to their injuries at a hospital the same day.
