Congress MLA evicted from Gujarat Assembly for wearing T-shirt

Almost a week ago, Speaker Trivedi had told first-time MLA Chudasama not to appear in a T-shirt in the House.

Gujarat Congress MLA Vimal Chudasama was on Monday evicted on the orders of Speaker Rajendra Trivedi for wearing a T-shirt to the Legislative Assembly. The Congress said no rule bars MLAs from wearing specific clothes to the House. Almost a week ago, Speaker Trivedi had told first-time MLA Chudasama not to appear in a T-shirt in the House.
