Trinamool Congress, Aam Aadmi Party, and Samajwadi Party are among the major opposition parties that are absent from the meeting.
More than 10 opposition parties are attending a meeting chaired by the Congress to discuss their strategy in the ongoing monsoon session of the Parliament. Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao's party TRS, which has been attacking the Congress and so far stayed away from meetings where the grand old party was present, has also joined the meeting today.
Representatives of Congress, DMK, CPM, CPI, IUML, NC, TRS, MDMK, NCP, VCK, Shiv Sena, and RJD were seen inside the office of the Leader of Opposition.
