Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge has appointed BN Chandrappa working president in the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee, a party statement said.
Days ahead of the Karnataka Assembly polls, the Congress on Sunday appointed BN Chandrappa as working president of its state unit.
