The Aurangabad bench of Bombay High Court on Monday dismissed a female teacher’s petition to quash the FIR against a male teacher accused of harassing her. The court observed that the complainant may have been compelled to file a ‘compromise undertaking’. The complainant’s advocate S P Koli told the court that the woman has agreed to settle the dispute with the accused, and she entered into a 60-page ‘compromise undertaking’ on January 27. The lawyer further stated that she realised she had filed the complaint during a misunderstanding, which has since been cleared and does not wish to proceed with the case.More Related News
