Bombay High Court has granted relief to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi from attending proceedings in the Girgaon Magistrate Court in Mumbai for his "Commander-in-Thief" comment.
The Magistrate court had, on a complaint by a BJP worker Mahesh Shrishrimal, issued summoned Rahul Gandhi for his "Commander-in-Thief" comment against Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2018, while addressing a public rally in Rajasthan.
