Coimbatore civic body to conduct cyclothon on Sunday

The cyclothon will start on the DB road at 6 AM tomorrow and seventy-five young champions will be selected.

To commemorate the 75th Independence Day celebrations, the Coimbatore Municipal Corporation will organise a cyclothon for the public on Sunday. According to a report published in The Times of India (TOI), people who are interested to take part in the cyclothon can contact on 8012589892 to register. The 75th Independence Day commemoration is conducted as a three-day celebration which commenced on Friday.

Officials were quoted by TOI as saying that only registered people can participate in the event and people can also register on the Smart City website www.coimbatoresmartcity.org.
