CM Revanth visits Kanha Shanti Vanam, praises innovative learning initiatives

Revanth Reddy emphasised the need to introduce skill-building programmes in government and residential schools across the State.
Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy visited Kanha Shanti Vanam in Nandigama mandal of Rangareddy district on Sunday. During the visit, he explored the innovative soft skill programmes offered to children and students at the centre. The Chief Minister lauded the students for their remarkable ability to identify colours and read words while blindfolded, showcasing their advanced learning capabilities. He interacted with president of Shri Ram Chandra Mission, Kamlesh D. Patel, popularly known as Daaji.
Kanha Shanti Vanam is the headquarters of the Heartfulness Institute, offering free spiritual guidance, meditation and education and headed up by Daaji.
Mr.Reddy emphasised the need to introduce skill-building programmes in government and residential schools across the State. He later toured the Tree Conservation Centre, where the administrators briefed him on tree development techniques and plant cultivation methods.
As part of his visit, the Chief Minister explored the specially developed rain forest at the centre and also planted a Galibuda (Hildergardia Populifolia) sapling at the meditation centre.
Adviser to the Chief Minister, Vem Narender Reddy, Government Adviser Srinivasa Raju, MLA Veerlapally Shankaraiah, and senior officials accompanied the CM.
Prof. Yogendra Yadav, a renowned political analyst, and founding member of Swaraj Abhiyan, Jai Kisan Andolan and the National president of Swaraj India, will deliver the lecture. He will share his insights on the challenges facing Indian democracy and “the need to move beyond dominant narratives and reclaim the republic.”
