CM Gehlot appeals to BCCI to priorities Rajasthan for hosting international matches

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and BCCI president Sourav Ganguly laid the foundation stone of world's third-largest cricket stadium, which is going to be built in Jaipur on Saturday.
Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Saturday appealed to BCCI President Sourav Ganguly and Secretary Jay Shah to give priority to the state to host international matches.
“Appealed to BCCI President Mr. Sourav Ganguly and Secretary Mr. Jay Shah to give priority to Rajasthan to host international matches. Hope keeping cricket lovers from the state in mind, Rajasthan will get to host more international matches,” tweeted CM Gehlot.
In a series of tweets, CM Gehlot said that Rajasthan has a long association with cricket and that the state should get its due. “Rajasthan has a long association with cricket. The Rajputana Cricket Association was formed here in 1931. Today there are cricket associations in 33 districts of the state. In such a situation, Rajasthan should get its due”, the Rajasthan CM tweeted.
