A Cleveland man has been charged with threatening to kill House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for “committing treason” against the US, court documents show.
The filing, however, reportedly indicates that Pelosi, 81, was Staudohar’s alleged target, beginning with three calls made just hours apart on Nov. 13 – six days after Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump to become the nation’s 46th president. Staudohar, who is retired and identified himself as a veteran during one call, first contacted police in St. Helena, Calif., where Pelosi owns a home and vineyard, Cleveland.com reported.
