Claim that Kejriwal said he could become Khalistan PM is laughable: AAP's Sanjay Singh
India Today
Rajya Sabha MP and AAP leader Sanjay Singh said that the claim made by Kumar Vishwas that Arvind Kejriwal said he could become PM of Khalistan is laughable.
Aam Aadmi party's UP in-charge and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh lashed out at detractors of the party's national convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
Taking a swipe at Kumar Vishwas in Jaipur on Saturday, Singh mentioned that it is preposterous how it was suggested that Kejriwal claimed he could become Prime minister of Khalistan.
"It did not occur to me too earlier but I got a call from someone who asked me why is it that no one is questioning the proposition that he can head Khalistan? Can Khalistan really be formed and headed by a person who comes from the Agarwal community? How can someone say that? Can a person from the Agarwal community become Prime Minister of Khalistan? It is laughable, but no one questioned it even from the media", Sanjay Singh mentioned.

Kumar Vishwas had, before the Punjab Assembly polls concluded, mentioned that Arvind Kejriwal had claimed that he could become Prime Minister of Khalistan, a claim which led to the then Punjab Chief Minister Charnjit S Channi writing a letter to Union Home minister Amit Shah seeking an enquiry into the matter.
Singh also hit out at the BJP mentioning that the party has been indulging in theatrics and drama over the movie, The Kashmir Files and claimed that there is nothing wrong in Kejriwal suggesting that the movie should be put up on the YouTube for people to watch.
