Childless Man Kidnaps Toddler From Delhi Street, His Wife Goes To The Cops

During interrogation, the accused told the police that he kidnapped the child as he did not have any children, the officer said.

A 39-year-old man was arrested for allegedly kidnapping an 11-month-old child in southeast Delhi's Jaitpur area, officials said today.

The child was returned to police by the man's wife following which the accused was arrested from his house, they said.

Police said the accused kidnapped the toddler since he did not have any child. The accused has been identified as Naveen Mishra.
