At least a dozen businesses in Chicago, Illinois were robbed and vandalized overnight, police said. Thieves broke windows and stole money from businesses.
A restaurant, the Daily Grill, was the Windy City's first attempted burglary at 11:40 p.m. on Monday night. The Chicago Police Department said that no entry was made into the restaurant. The thieves left and continued to smash and grab at least a dozen local coffee shops, local businesses and restaurants until 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning. She is a native of Massachusetts and is based in Orlando, Florida.
