Chennai deluge: Top weather expert says climate change behind such heavy, unseasonal rain 

In an interview with Rajdeep Sardesai, top Skymet Weather expert Mahesh Palawat said climate change is behind such heavy, unseasonal rain in Chennai and other parts of Tamil Nadu. 

As heavy rain continues to batter parts of Tamil Nadu, pictures emerging from the state show flooded streets and waterlogged suburbs as far as the eye can see.
