Chennai-based IT company gifts cars to 100 employees who contributed in firm’s growth

An IT firm in Chennai named Ideas2IT gifted 100 Maruti Suzuki cars to 100 employees who have contributed to the company’s growth for many years.
In a unique initiative to motivate and thank the employees for their hard work, a Chennai-based company named Idead2IT gifted 100 Maruti Suzuki cars to 100 employees.
The company gave cars to employees who have been a part of the firm for more than 10 years.
Speaking at the occasion, Murali Vivekanandan, Founder and Chairman of Ideas2IT said that it's their way of giving back the company's earnings to the employees who worked hard for the company.
He said, "The company has grown only because of the hard work of the employees and many have stayed with the company since its inception. This act was only the first step more such initiatives will be rolled out.”
"We are an employee-driven company and it was the employees who chose the car. There were several ideas discussed, from plots to cryptocurrencies to several other things. The car was the finally chosen gift. This is just the beginning, more such incentives for employees will be done," Murali added.
The company's chairman handed over the car keys to different employees in front of the families of the employees.
Recently, another Chennai-based company named Kissflow gifted luxury BMW cars to its five senior executives, each worth about Rs 1 crore.
