Chef Creek Oysters recalled over possible norovirus contamination
CTV
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is recalling certain Stellar Bay Shellfish brand Chef Creek Oysters due to a possible norovirus contamination.
The recalled oysters were harvested in Deep Bay, B.C. on March 3, 2022.
They have been sold in British Columbia and may have been distributed in other provinces and territories.
The CFIA says the oysters may have been served in hotels and restaurants.
Customers are being told to throw out the oysters, or return them to their place of purchase.
