The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown has returned to normal operations after a partial Code Orange was called Friday night.
The Code Orange was called after a serious collision on on St. Peters Road between York Road and Suffolk Road in Marshfield. It was lifted Friday night around 11:20 p.m.
A Code Orange is called when an external disaster or threat is likely to require additional hospital resources, according to Health P.E.I.
The road was closed for several hours and reopened late last night.
RCMP are expected to provide more details Saturday.
