Charlie Sheen revealed that he plans to undergo plastic surgery on his neck after watching himself in "Two and Half Men" creator Chuck Lorre's show "Bookie."

He continued, "I’m looking at it and I look like when a really heavy person loses all the weight and their neck is still kind of a … turkey gobbler."
