Centre Wellington teen dies after SUV, motorized bicycle collide

A 15-year-old from Centre Wellington is dead after a collision between an SUV and motorized bicycle Sunday evening east of Fergus.
The Ontario Provincial Police said officers were called to the collision at the intersection of Wellington Road 19 and Second Line at 7 p.m.
"Initial reports indicated that a motor assisted bicycle and a Sport Utility Vehicle had collided and the rider of the bicycle was seriously injured," OPP said in a news release.
A 15-year-old was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police continue to investigate the cause of the collision. Anyone that may have witnessed the collision is asked to call 1-888-310-1122.
