Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal announce that the centre has so far released Rs 7,622 crores to States, UTs to continue various initiatives.
Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ on Sunday, i.e., June 13, 2021, said that the centre has so far released Rs 7,622 crore for states and Union Territories (UTs) 2021-22 under the Samagra Shiksha scheme, to help them continue different initiatives. It has enabled states to upload plans and everyone to view and appraise it from remote/own locations with automatic compilation by the system, resulting in consolidated recommendations and cost sheets.This was unimaginable in physical mode.
