Centre dispatches over 11,000 oxygen concentrators, 16,000 cylinders received as international aide to states

The Centre on Monday said that it has dispatched over 11,000 oxygen concentrators and 16,000 oxygen cylinders received as international aide for Covid relief to states.

The Centre has dispatched the international aide received as Covid relief to states and Union Territories, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said in a statement on Monday. As per the ministry, the Centre has dispatched 11,321 oxygen concentrators, 15,801 oxygen cylinders and 19 oxygen generation plants to states/UTs. Nearly 7,500 ventilators and 5.5 lakh Remdesivir vials received from various countries have also been sent to states, the statement said.
