CBI to seek custody of Anil Deshmukh in corruption case

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) will be seeking custody of former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh in connection to a corruption case.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) will be seeking custody of Maharashtra's former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh in connection with the corruption case lodged against him, sources said.

India Today has learnt that once the Enforcement Directorate's custody of Anil Deshmukh is over, the CBI will file an application before the court seeking Anil Deshmukh's custody.
