CBI opposes bail plea of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav in Dumka treasury case

In a counter-affidavit filed in the Jharkhand HC, the CBI has opposed the bail of RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav in the Dumka treasury case pertaining to excess withdrawal of Rs 3.13 crore.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has opposed the bail plea of RJD chief and former Bihar chief minister Lalu Prasad Yadav in the Dumka treasury case. The Jharkhand High Court on Friday postponed the bail plea hearing of former Bihar Chief Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad by a week. The bail plea was moved in relation to the fodder scam case. The high court postponed the bail plea to April 16 after the CBI sought time to file its reply on the matter.More Related News
