CBI arrests CMD of Kolkata-based firm from Maharashtra in chit fund case 

The CBI has arrested the chief managing director (CMD) of a Kolkata-based private company from Maharashtra's Palghar in connection with a chit fund case.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested the chief managing director (CMD) of a Kolkata-based private company from Maharashtra's Palghar in connection with a chit fund case. Dibakar Das, the chief managing director (CMD) of Rubi Star Marketing Pvt Ltd, was produced before a Kolkata court after his arrest and has been sent to five days' police custody.
