A woman’s throat was slit by an alleged drug addict outside a shop in a busy street in New Delhi. The incident, which was caught on CCTV camera, took place at 10:30 pm on Sunday in Dabri area.

CCTV visuals reveal that the man got into a scuffle with the woman after she allegedly refused to sell him cigarettes. The footage further shows the man walking towards the woman and attacking her with a knife in full public view. The accused then calmly walked away from the scene of the crime.
