Country singer Carrie Underwood discussed her recent shift in perspective when it comes to working out, saying she now does it to stay strong and have more energy, not to fit into a certain size.
Underwood, 39, who started her career after winning "American Idol" when she was 22, added, "And now I feel like I work out more to be strong and to have energy and longevity." Lori Bashian is an entertainment production assistant for Fox News Digital.
