Captain Amarinder Singh softened his stance and met Navjot Singh Sidhu without his apology. In his speech, he said he would work together with Sidhu in Punjab.
After months of being at loggerheads with each other, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh and newly appointed Punjab Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu finally broke the ice between them on Friday. Well, at least some of it, if not all of it. On Sunday, the Congress high command appointed Sidhu as the Punjab Congress chief. This was despite the strong opposition from the chief minister. Following the announcement, Captain Amarinder Singh refused to meet Sidhu citing his "derogatory" attacks against him on the social media.More Related News
