A candlelight prayer will be held on June 19 for National Award-winning actor Sanchari Vijay, who died on June 15. He met with a road accident on June 12 when he was returning from a friend’s place on his motorbike. The actor was rushed to a hospital where he was declared brain-dead on June 14. His family decided to donate his organs and on June 15, he breathed his last. Sanchari Vijay was cremated with state honours and his last rites were performed in his hometown in Kaduru in Chikkamagaluru district of Karnataka.
