Canada Votes 2021: CBC's N.W.T. candidates forum rescheduled for Friday
CBC
Technical difficulties have forced CBC North to reschedule a federal election forum for N.W.T. candidates.
The virtual forum was originally scheduled to take place Wednesday evening.
CBC has rescheduled the forum for Friday at 7 p.m.
It will be broadcast live on the CBC NWT Facebook page, or on CBC Radio One in the N.W.T.
Independent Jane Groenewegen, the NDP's Kelvin Kotchilea, the Green Party's Roland Laufer and Liberal Michael McLeod are set to participate in the forum.
Conservative candidate Lea Mollison has not responded to CBC North's invitations to participate.
The forum will focus on issues that matter to people in the N.W.T., like housing, the economy, Indigenous relations and reconciliation.
