A Calcutta High Court judge has refused to oversee court proceedings, citing technical disruptions while hearing cases. Justice Sabyasachi Bhattacharya took cognisance of technical glitches during the virtual hearing of a case on Friday and refused to hear other matters too until connectivity issues are resolved in full. Court proceedings have been virtual since the Covid-19 pandemic hit India. Apart from the judges, select lawyers, and court officials, others are not allowed to be part of the court proceedings.More Related News
