Building sales generate up to QR1.2bn in weekly realty activity: Ezdan Report

Doha: Qatar’s weekly property market has witnessed a surge in building sales of all types, generating up to QR1.2bn, or 79.5 percent of the total sales volume, while land lots of all types generated up to QR307.4m, or about 20.5 percent of the total sales, according to Ezdan Real Estate report.
During the period of May 23-27, the market activity showed that the registered property sales totaled QR1.5bn and were distributed among seven municipalities including Umm Salal, Al Khor, Al Dhakhira, Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Shamal, Al Daayen, and Al Wakra. Qatar's weekly market activity included the sales of vacant lands, residences, multi-use buildings, multi-use land lots and residential buildings, according to the data gleaned from the real estate bulletin released by the Real Estate Registration Department.More Related News
