
BSNL introduces virtual assistant BAVA for customer queries and payment of bills

Government-owned telco Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced its online chatbot -- BSNL Automated Virtual Assistant (BAVA) on BSNL's official website to answer customer queries related to BSNL services.
