Brooklyn stabbing victim died in love-triangle feud, cops say

A 41-year-old man who was fatally stabbed in Brooklyn last month was part of a love triangle gone horribly awry, cops say.

Freddie Davis, 37, knifed love rival Kurt Pieters in the chest on East 106th Street near Avenue J in Canarsie around 2:15 a.m. June 5, authorities said. Pieters was taken to Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
