Moving to Plan A, England has relaxed Covid-19 restrictions. This includes mask mandates and testing and isolation guidelines. India Today spoke to people in London to find out how they are taking to the new norms.
While Britain’s Prime Minister Johnson is under the scanner for violating Covid-19 Protocol, the country is moving to ease restrictions further.

Reacting to the mask rules in the schools, Charlotte, a year 9 student said, “They can be lenient with the mask but still have mask-rule specially in assemblies, where all year groups are present, as the infection can have a domino effect which can affect the whole school and the world eventually.”

Charlotte’s father Chris seems quiet “relaxed” about children not wearing masks in the classroom but feels it may be sensible to wear them in more crowded places.
“Though overall I am quite relaxed, because most people have listened to what the government have said and are making sensible decisions. On the tube today, morning or in shops people are still wearing masks,” he added.
