Angelina filed for divorce in 2016 and the pair has since been engaged in a custody battle of their children. A private judge hired to oversee the case, John Ouderkirk, ruled in Brad's favour. Ouderkirk previously officiated the couple's wedding in August 2014. Judge John Ouderkirk awarded Brad Pitt joint custody of his children with Angelina Jolie. The judge made his decision after hearing testimony from people who spent time with the kids and by professional evaluators and therapists. The ruling would "significantly increase" his time with the children, a source told the Press Association.
