Bookie let off as NIA court grants first bail in Antilia bomb scare case

An NIA court granted bail to bookie Naresh Gaur in connection with the Antilia bomb scare case. He was arrested in March 2021 and remanded to judicial custody.
A Special Court under the National Investigation Agency (NIA) Act has granted bail to bookie Naresh Ramniklal Gaur in connection with the Antilia bomb scare case. Gaur was accused of procuring SIM cards for dismissed cop and prime accused Sachin Vaze and co-accused Pradeep Sharma in the Antilia bomb Scare case and the death case of businessman Mansukh Hiren.
Gaur was arrested in March 2021 and was remanded to judicial custody. The allegation against Gaur was that he had procured fake SIM cards, which were ultimately used by the conspirators to connect with each other as they conspired and executed their plans.
