The Bombay High Court has allowed the Shia Muslim community to take out Muharram procession but while following the Covid protocols.
The Bombay High Court has allowed the Shia Muslim community to take out processions and perform rituals on the occasion of Muharram but subject to certain conditions in view of Covid-19. While hearing the petition filed by an NGO, All India Idara Tahfaz-e-Hussainiyat, the division bench of Justice KK Tated and Justice PK Chavan on Tuesday asked the organisers to strictly adhere to the Covid-19 protocols.More Related News
