Bombay High Court has granted temporary bail to Elgar Parishad accused Surendra Gadling from August 13 to August 21, 2021, to attend mother's funeral services. Gadling had sought temporary bail last year when his mother passed away. However, the special court had reportedly rejected the plea and passed an order only after the rituals were performed. So this year, Gadling filed an appeal against that rejection and sought time to perform those rituals, which could not be done in 2020.More Related News
