A Boeing 737-200 cargo jet with two people aboard ditched off the coast of Honolulu, Hawaii, early Friday after the pilots reported engine trouble, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
The pilots of Transair Flight 810 were rescued after they landed the plane about 2:30 a.m. local time, the FAA told The Post. “The pilots had reported engine trouble and were attempting to return to Honolulu when they were forced to land the aircraft in the water,” the agency said in an email.More Related News
