BMW collides with another car, two children sleeping on pavement killed in Delhi

A speeding BMW car collided with another car under the Lodhi Road flyover. In the accident, people who were sleeping on the pavement were severely injured while two children were killed. The accused was arrested on Thursday.
Two children were killed and eight others were injured after a speeding BMW car collided with another car and overturned on a pavement where the children were sleeping in southeast Delhi.
The accused, identified as Sahil Narang (27), runs a factory in Noida.
On June 10, Hazrat Nizamuddin police station got a PCR call regarding the accident where a few people got injured under the Lodhi Road flyover. It was also found that one Wagon R car was hit by a luxury car.
Due to the collision, the Wagon R flipped over the people sleeping on the pavement, injuring several of them. The injured were taken to a hospital, where Roshini (6) and her brother Amir (10) were declared brought dead.
During the investigation, the police found that the Wagon R car was hit by a black coloured luxury car coming from the Moolchand flyover side, due to which it overturned and crushed the children sleeping on the pavement. The driver of Wagon R was also injured.
After examining the CCTV footage, police identified the accused and arrested him on Thursday. The BMW car was also seized.
