BMC has started the scrutiny of documents of the nine suppliers who had responded to the global Expression of Interest for providing Covid-19 vaccines.
BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) has started the scrutiny of documents of the nine suppliers who had responded to the global Expression of Interest (EOI) for providing Covid-19 vaccines. The civic body intends to buy 50 lakh vaccines. In a statement, BMC said, “Ten potential suppliers have responded to the globally announced interest in the supply of Covid-19 preventive vaccine. Of these, the documents of 9 potential suppliers will be scrutinised in the next 2-3 days as one supplier has already withdrawn.” Out of these nine potential suppliers, seven have expressed interest in supplying Russia's Sputnik V vaccine while one of them has elicited interest in providing Sputnik Light vaccine.More Related News
