BJP takes dig at Mamata Banerjee's ambition to go national, calls her 'bohiragoto'

Agnimitra Paul, BJP MLA from Asansol, asked, "Now she is going to other states to do PR to be projected as the PM? Won't she be a 'bohiratogo' in that state?"

At a time when Mamata Banerjee gave a call for united opposition to tackle the BJP at the Centre, the party's Bengal unit took a dig at the West Bengal Chief Minister's stand. But Mamata Banerjee as she sought to go national, Agnimitra Paul, BJP MLA from Asansol and president of the party's Mahila Morcha in the state, questioned her 'outsider' or 'bohiragoto' stand that she had resorted during the 2021 West Bengal Assembly polls.
