BJP leader Kapil Mishra took to Twitter to counter Malala’s comments. He said, “Muslim Girls getting killed in Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan for not wearing Hijab. Hindu, Sikh girls getting killed in Pakistan for just being hindu. She has never uttered a single word on real issues.”

He further alleged that Malala was running a radical Islamic jihadi agenda.
BJP member Manjinder Singh Sirsa also took to Twitter to call out Malala for her comments on the hijab row going on in India. He questioned why Malala never spoke on issues like the forced conversion of minor Hindu Sikh girls in Pakistan.
