The Bihar government has decided to impose a 12-hour night curfew, along with a number of other restrictions to contain the spread of Covid-19 in the state.
In a bid to rein in an alarming rise in new Covid-19 cases, the Bihar government on Wednesday imposed night curfew with stricter rules in the state. This statewide night curfew will be enforced from April 29 to May 15. The restrictions were imposed following a review meeting chaired by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar with other officials to evaluate the state's Covid-19 situation.
