According to a report in the Times of India, the body was found in Dhantolia village in Rohtas district on Thursday. After villagers reported finding the body, Natawar police station SHO Santosh Kumar reached the spot. However, he allegedly refused to initiate legal procedure, claiming that the area was under the jurisdiction of neighbouring Sanjhauli police station.
