Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday carried out a major cabinet reshuffle, which TMC insiders said is likely to be one of the biggest since the party came to power in the state in 2011.
The development comes amid the party facing heat over the arrest of now suspended minister Partha Chatterjee over the education scam case.

Meanwhile, Partha Chatterjee, who has been relieved of ministerial duties, was in charge of four key departments, including industry, commerce and enterprises, Information Technology and Parliamentary Affairs.
